May is Mental Health Awareness Month! At Book + Bottle, one of our biggest values is to ensure that our staff and amazing customers have the tools to prioritize their mental health. With this in mind, we're hosting a guided meditation and journaling workshop led by Kristina Rich as part of a larger day of Self Care here at Book + Bottle.
Tickets are required for Kristina’s morning event (see below), and then we’ll be setting a calm, healthy vibe for the rest of this Self-Care Sunday with relaxing music, journaling activities, and a spa-like ambiance for you to enjoy a book, a conversation, or just a little “me” time.

What to expect:

-Intention Setting/Gentle Movement
-Guided Meditation
-Guided Journaling
-Attendees must bring their own journal and pen for the journaling portion. We have journals for sale in the shop if you don't have one!
-Attendees must bring a blanket or pillow to sit on.
