Book + Bottle Return Policy:
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 60 days of purchase for a full exchange or refund to the original payment method.
To make a full return or exchange:
Items must be unused and in re-sellable condition.
You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase.
For any shipped items, customers are responsible for any and all shipping costs.
We will exchange or return any wine that was faulty at time of purchase. You must bring back the mostly full bottle of the wine in order to make a return/exchange.
Please note that without a receipt or for purchases beyond 60 days, in exchange for a new, unused, re-sellable product, we can offer the unit cost of the item MINUS $2 processing fee back on a B+B gift card for future use.
