We love fostering community here at Book + Bottle and one of the best ways to do that is to host fun events where people can gather and share in their passions. Our full calendar of interesting events is below and here’s what you can expect on a regular basis:

Regularly Hosted Events
Sip + Stitch: Wednesdays 10AM - 12 PM; Have a latte or a glass of wine as you knit/crochet/embroider with likeminded textile artists of all levels; free
Writer’s Happy Hour: Tuesday 4-5PM; A combination of curated writing guidance and dedicated writing time, this is a great community to get your creativity flowing; free

B+B Sponsored Book Clubs
Fiction Book Club: Monthly on the last Thursday of the month from 6 - 7:30 (arrive early to get a seat)
Lady Leaders + Readers Book Club: Monthly on the last Sunday from 10AM - 12PM (outside of regular business open hours)
Genre Book Club: Alternating with New + Noteworthy, every other month on the last Wednesday from 6 - 7:30 (arrive early to get a seat)

Wine Events
Weekly Happy Hour: Tuesday through Friday from 4 - 6PM, get $1 off any alcoholic drink on our menu and free popcorn while you drink

Here at Book + Bottle, we say, “GAY” 24/7/365, but who doesn’t love an excuse to party!?! 🌈😍🎉👏🏾

Especially as all of St. Pete proudly marches through downtown at the annual Pride Parade!

On a June 22nd from 10am-8pm we’ll have local vendors, live music, and a prideful wine tasting for the whole crew to enjoy!✨🥂

We’ll be partnering with @zaadressupstudio to bring you live music by Tendani (a queer, Black, femme musician) from 11 am-1 pm AND Charlie Adonis (a trans musician) from 3pm-5pm! AND a DJ from 6pm-8pm✨🥂

Pride $5 Wine Tasting from 1pm-3pm

Join Book + Bottle and our Certified Sommelier, Heidi, for a Pride Rosé $5 Wine Tasting! On Saturday June 22nd, we'll be pouring rosé as part of our Pride Sidewalk Social. During the day, $1 of every glass and bottle of rosé sold will be donated to Queer Expression St. Pete!

The tasting runs from 1pm-3pm. Once you reserve a ticket, you're guaranteed tastes of all the wine! So come any time between 1pm and 3pm to enjoy what Heidi has selected for you.

It's $5 to RSVP. When you arrive, we'll give you a wristband for the tasting. If you buy bottles from the tasting, you'll receive $5 off that purchase. Cheers!
