World Champagne Day Tasting, Day 1

  • Book + Bottle 17 6th Street North St. Petersburg, FL, 33701 United States (map)

Our most sought after event is almost here! The Book + Bottle Annual Champagne Tasting will take place October 22nd and 23rd as an homage to World Champagne Day. The tasting taking place the 22nd of October is open for purchase to the public, however, the following Saturday tasting, the 23rd, will be reserved for 17 Club Members only.

REAL champagnes from Champagne, France. These are cool, small, independent producers and predominately "grower" champagnes meaning they're made by the people who grow the grapes rather than by large corporations. We've even picked champagnes made by women, made organically, or made in the grower's backyard. These are the coolest of the cool and of the most ridiculous quality! Join us to crush some of the most delicious "farmer fizz" found in Florida!

"My only regret is that I did not drink more Champagne." -- Lord Keynes

This is an excellent chance for you to taste bottles you'd like to enjoy or gift over the holiday season. To help you stock up, $20 of your ticket can go toward a purchase of 2 or more bottles of champagne purchased the night of the tasting.

This is a rolling event between the hours of 5-8 pm, so feel free to stop in anytime within that time block. We will be stopping up our champagne bottles promptly at 8 pm, however, you're more than welcome to stick around for a post-event glass of champagne. If you're wanting to miss the lines, arrive closer to 5 pm.

See you then!
