Book + Bottle Annual Champagne Day Tasting 2022, Day 2

Book + Bottle Annual Champagne Day Tasting 2022, Day 2

Our best event of the year - champagne!!!! Try ten, incredible small-producer, quality champagnes and stock up for the holidays.

About this event

Our most sought after event of the year is almost here! The Book + Bottle Annual Champagne Tasting will take place October 28th and 29th as an homage to World Champagne Day.

This is all REAL champagne from Champagne, France. These are cool, small, independent producers and predominately "grower" champagnes meaning they're made by the people who grow the grapes, or by small cooperatives, rather than by large corporations. We've even found champagnes made by women, made organically, or made in the grower's backyard. These are the coolest of the cool and of the most ridiculous quality!

The bottle nerds at B+B love quality champagne so much and want to share it with the world. Despite the increasing costs and hard to get nature of champagne, we're doing everything we can to keep this event affordable and accessible to as many people as possible. We want you to fall in love, just as we have. We encourage you to dress up, make a day of it, and live your best life with the best bubbles in the world!

"My only regret is that I did not drink more Champagne." -- Lord Keynes

How the tickets work:

There are two ticket options, one for Friday and one for Saturday. Please make sure you buy the correct ticket - your ticket will ONLY be valid for the day and time purchased. Each day, the event lasts 4 hours. You can come taste at any point during that window, but we will be stopping up our champagne bottles promptly at 8 pm on Friday night and 6PM Saturday night, so make sure you give yourself enough time to finish during that window of time. If you're wanting to miss the lines, we suggest arriving earlier. Please note: due to our small space, this is predominately a standing room only event, so please plan accordingly.

***WE HAVE TO PREORDER THE WINES, SO THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR THIS EVENT.***

Our Weekly Complementary Wine Tasting…(pronounced "chin chin", it means "cheers!" in French)

Here at Book + Bottle, we really love wine. And, we love you, too! So, we host these casual, little Friday tastings to share our passion with you. We might be pouring something brand new, a line up of our favorite bottles, or just some crazy fun wines that we think should be in your repertoire that we want to talk to you about!

With a recently published book called “Accidental First Lady — On the Front Lines and Behind the Scenes of Local Politics”, author Kerry Kriseman will be joining us this Friday for an author event during our Tchin Tchin Tasting from 5-7 pm.

No tickets or reservations necessary for this one - just pop in! (Weather permitting: If it starts to rain, we’ll move the tasting inside only if it’s safe to do so. Usually, these tastings are complementary, but, every once in a blue moon, our tasting will include a small fee so we can bring you the absolute coolest stuff to try!)
