Meet award-winning author Cynthia Barnett and help celebrate her new book, The Sound of the Sea: Seashells and the Fate of the Oceans.

About this event

Join Cynthia at Tampa Bay Watch's picturesque Community Center overlooking the bay as we celebrate being able to meet in person once again. The Sound of the Sea "will have you marveling at nature," the New York Times wrote in its summer reading recommendations. Cynthia takes us around the world and back to Florida to report on what seashells have to tell us about the changing oceans and ourselves.
